Sustfut operate two major production facilities in Hangzhou Xiaoshanand Anji， Huzhou, covering over 300,000 squaremeters and employing more than 2,300 professionals. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure includes 70 GermanBarmag texturing machines, 16 sizing and beamingcombined production line, over 6,000 advanced waterjet looms, one dyeing production line and 7 settingfinish production lines, enabling us to produce 800million meters of fabric annually. Yoniner specializes in high-quality synthetic fabrics, including four-waystretch, blackout drapery fabrics for window decor, adhesive interlining, and medical elastic fabrics, widely used in fashion, home textiles, medical, and healthcaresectors.

Fabric Weaving Factory Area

We have over 6,000 advanced water jet looms, one dyeing production line, and 7 setting finish production lines. The water jet loom excels in delivering exceptional performance with high production output and consistent high quality. Curtain Custom Processing and Production

Step 1

Determine the inspection quantity

100% fabrics should be inspected

Step 2

Selection of inspection lot or roll number

Fabric inspector can select all fabric pieces to be inspected based on the factory' quality standard, ensuring that all colors,patterns and package are covered.

Step 3

Fabric quantity inspection

Verify that the actual quantity matches the supplier's detailed code list, package inner code list, and fabric roll mark quantity.

Step 4

Inspect the fabric's color and texture

Verify if the color and texture of the fabric match the color swatch and quality sample provided by the client.

Step 5

Check the width of the fabric

Measure the actual width of the fabric at the fabric edge, fabric middle, and fabric end. The fabric width should meet the requirements stated in the order.

Step 6

Color inspection

Defect inspection: Inspection should be carried out on a fabric inspection machine at an appropriate speed to ensure clear visibility. Improper speed will affect the accuracy of the inspection.

Step 7

Inspection of defects

The inspection should be conducted on a fabric inspection machine, at a suitable speed that allows for clear visibility. Inappropriate speed can affect the accuracy of the inspection. During the inspection of defects, only visible defects that will affect garment processing and appearance should be scored.

Step 8

Count the number of defects

Count the number of non-conforming fabric rolls, and after completing the entire inspection, tally the number of defects to determine if it is acceptable.
